is CONFIG_PNPACPI needed for something ? for what the helps tell, it seems to be
for a better ressource detection (huh that's already what ACPI is for right ?).

if there's no real need of this feature, I think we should just mark it as not
supported and prevent its compilation.

Robert what do you think ?
