When I attempted the non-SMP kernel, it wouldn't even finish booting the kernel
and start init.  It got to where it was probing devices on the MegaRAID card
(which doesn't have anything to do with the 2944UW or the tape library), and
hung indefinitely, periodically giving errors about resetting the megaraid bus.
 Two reboots gave the same results.  Booting to the non-xen kernel yielded a
successful boot.  Maybe it has something to do with multiple SCSI cards in one
