It would be useful to allow xm migrate to have a port specified on the command
line.  Currently, it reads the port from xend-relocation-port which makes it
difficult if one node in a cluster is using a different port than the rest.

Allow an explicit port also makes it possible to migrate over an SSH tunnel that
was setup in advance.
