change for out of order enabled vpcus... 

This patch adds support for printing usage for out of order enabled vcpus.
There was an issue here at one time... long time ago... last week. Since then,
Keir has changed the vpcu dom0 calls and Ewan has changed xm/xend so there
shouldn't really be out of order enabled vcpus anymore, making this bug not a
