Please can you look the EIP and other c01xxxxx addresses on the stack up in a 
disassembly of the appropriate vmlinux file. (objusump -d)

What are you doing in the domains when this problem occurs?

You may wish to try enabling the "goto emultate" line in xen/arch/x86/mm.c and 
rerunning the tests to see if we get a more accurate EIP out.
