Try to perform live migration (ie. xm migrate -l rawhide 10.0.0.10).  xend.log
on destination host shows that VM crashes on destination host.  xend.log file on
source host shows the following:

I'm postulating that it has to do with the Error XendCheckpoint:185

I'd gladly give more info if I knew where to look for it.

Strace of xend on the destination machine causes xend to die on the destination
machine during this migration attempt.  I saw an error about ForkHelper.

Migration between these machines works under Xen 2.0.
