Many of the Xend operations maintain internal state that is not refreshed in a
timely manner.  This causes bug #234.  Many other commands suffer as well, such
as the domid command, which is poked by xm-test 01_shutdown_basic_pos.  This is
actually a test for shutdown, but it depends on domid returning valid data.

More xm-tests for these problems will be written and this entry will be appended
with their names and results.
