While running the tests,LTP and LMBench, on both dom0 and domU, the guest domain
died. 

Machines: IBM xSeries 305, 1GB RAM, RHEL 4, PAE enabled Xen build.

summary:     Reindent more xenlinux files. Remove defunct header file.

dmesg and xm dmesg do not show any relevant info, nor is there an oops. I am
attaching xend-debug.log and xend.log to this report.
