Running "xm destroy 0" exits with status 0 and no error message.  After which,
all attempts to create a domU fail with this message:

Using config file "/tmp/01_block-destroy_btblock_pos.py".
Error: Error creating domain: (106, 'Transport endpoint is already connected')
