This is happening on PAE. Non-PAE, mysteriously enough, is working fine. 
NET_GRANT might be the cause, but it's affecting only PAE. That was what
I was going to ask David to do (he's left for the night, I can ask him
to recompile first thing in the morning). I have an ssh session into 
the box currently for a little while longer (Nivedita). 

Note that dom0 is FC3 and domU is SLES9SP2.

Dom0 <-> DomU works fine.
