I've recreated this on an Opteron 2-way, 4G ram, SATA drives, with Ubutu and
Debian images with sched=sedf.   I got some dumps of the sedf runqueues and I
will attach those.  Also encountered a hard crash when trying to destroy domU,
filed bug#120 to track that issue.
