The debug output you have is not very useful. Can you please grab debug output 
from the very latest 
unstable repository? Also, you need to make the vmlinux image available (may be 
called something like 
dist/install/boot/vmlinux-syms-2.6.11.10-xen0). Perhaps you can upload it to a 
website?

You must build from the *very latest* repository version -- I just checked in a 
fix to get better debug 
output for this kind of crash.
