If you're feeling adventurous you could enable a paravirtualised framebuffer 
(this is experimental)

$ xe vm-param-set uuid=... platform:pvfb=true

You need to reboot the guest after setting the key. You might also need to 
fiddle with the kernel commandline. After that you should be able to see the 
graphical console via openxenmanager/XenCenter as if it were an HVM guest.
