This is a Debian-specific error and not at first Xen-specific. You could 
try another Debian-mirror if the error has not resolved in the meantime. 
If that doesn't help you could ask on one of the Debian-mailing lists.
Or are you using apt-cacher? Then search for the error message ("Failed 
to fetch" "Size mismatch") and apt-cacher.
