Are there any immediate plans to make the 
http://updates.vmd.citrix.com/XCP/1.1.0 repo live?

[Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found

At this point the /XCP structure doesn't exist for 1.0 or for 1.1:

    http://updates.vmd.citrix.com/XCP/
    404 - Not Found
