Hi Tait,

Domain-0 is defined for take all CPU allowed . The server have 1 CPU XEON quad-core . The VM is  Windows 2003/64bit with R2 installed . This server have two VCPUs assigned .

1) You will see more than 100% as I believe it takes into account all
the vcpus assigned to the domain.

2) What version of Windows are you running, how many vcpus does it have
assigned?
