If your machine is fitted with 96GB why are you using
(enable-dom0-ballooning yes) ?
If your DOM0 starts with 8GB put the same amount for "dom0_min_mem" and
ballooning = no.
I have had problems with "ballooning" ! So I am very cautious with its
usage.
