I see a memory difference between output of xmtop and top... why?

xentop:

Domain-0 -----r 12139 5.4 672776 10.7 no limit n/a 8 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

top:

Mem: 1375836k total, 1309432k used, 66404k free, 42424k buffers
