Every time I send mail to the list I am gettting it as spam. why?
Have you actually tried looking for yourself ?
In the headers of your previous message it has :
X-Barracuda-Connect: mail-gy0-f171.google.com[209.85.160.171]
X-Barracuda-Start-Time: 1300252613
X-Barracuda-Encrypted: RC4-SHA
X-Barracuda-URL: http://spam.xensource.com:8000/cgi-mod/mark.cgi
X-Barracuda-Spam-Score: 5.10
X-Barracuda-Spam-Status: Yes, SCORE=5.10 using per-user scores of
TAG_LEVEL=3.5
QUARANTINE_LEVEL=6.0 KILL_LEVEL=1000.0 tests=HTML_MESSAGE,
URLBL_BC
X-Barracuda-Spam-Report: Code version 3.2, rules version 3.2.2.58032
Rule breakdown below
pts rule name description
---- ----------------------
--------------------------------------------------
5.10 URLBL_BC URLBL_BC [URL: host.am]
0.00 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
X-Barracuda-Spam-Flag: YES
It's a false positive though in this case. Because your message is
HTML*, and it contains the string "host.Am"**, the filter has been
over zealous and marked your message as spam. URLBC is, I assume, a
URL BlackList check - so presumably there is a real host "host.am"
which has been up to things that mean it's blacklisted.
* please find the "Plain Text" setting for your mailer - it makes
life a lot easier for everyone.
** Part of the text "... to leave at least 512M for the host.Am I correct?"
