Hello,

I have installed Xen 4.0.1 on Ubuntu 10.10.
But i could not change CPU allocation using the xm command.

# xm list
Name                                        ID   Mem VCPUs      State   Time(s)
Domain-0                                     0  2048     4     r-----    121.0
ubuntu-1.1                                   2   522     2     -b----     36.1

# xm vcpu-set 2 1

# xm list
Name                                        ID   Mem VCPUs      State   Time(s)
Domain-0                                     0  2048     4     r-----    123.5
ubuntu-1.1                                   2   522     2     -b----     36.4

The command executes succesfully but there is no change in cpu allocation.
But while changing the memory allocation it works fine. Is this because of some faulty installation?

Can somebody please help.

Thank You.
Rama Rajesh.
