>From a quick glance, it's probably because your Debian uses ext4, in
which case I see you might have several options:
- make SURE Debian's /boot is ext3 (NOT ext4)
- upgrade your Xen version, possibly from Gitco (since
http://www.xen.org/download/ is stiill dead)
- search list archive for a self-contained pygrub with ext4 support
