Hi
If you are using XCP then you will need to create a shared NFS ISO
repository which has the ISO copied. Then insert the ISO while creating
VM to install XP.
On a plain XEN you can directly give ISO file path to install.
Windows does not support paravirt and you will have to install it in HVM
(ISO mode instead of a Netwok Install). However, you can install
paravirt network and disk drivers which will surely give you a boost in
performance.
