Hi

I've been reading about the Xen Credit scheduler, and I seem to get
the impression that a VCPU can be removed from the CPU before the
VCPUs time quantum is up.
  Is that correctly understood?
If so what could cause a VCPU to be removed from the CPU?

How will the Xen scheduler get identify that a VCPU isn't doing anything?
Is that when the VCPU is doing nothing, except waiting for timer interrupt(s)?

I appreciate any input or hints that anyone might have on this.

   Thanks

     Henry
