Hi George,
Thanks for your help. There's something really odd with this. I tried what you said, but the error didn't disappear. Then, with the VM stopped (because of the failed migration) I started it on Host2, then tried migration and it worked. So, I'm a bit confused here. Well, if something strange occurs again I'll post it.

try to restart xapi toolstack /opt/xensource/bin/xe-toolstack-restart
(first - on master, later (about after 10 sec) on slaves), wait about
30s and retry.
