Both windows PV drivers and Linux PV drivers are
needed!
I just don't know where to find some infomation useful,
could anybody so kind enough to give me some guide?

You'll have to be more specific than that... Windows PV drivers? Linux
PV drivers? Developing PV drivers for another OS?
What job do you need to do?
