For my .02, I wouldn't try it. Pick a dom0 known to work--RHEL, CentOS,
XCP, XenServer--whichever--then run whatever you want as a domU.
Avoid the hassle of trying to match up dom0 with your favorite Linux
distribution. If Debian supports Xen on dom0 and tells you it works, go
for it--but the last I looked, the Debian folks aren't trying hard to
support Xen as a dom0.
