Oddly, this is the third time I've replied to one of these this week

but unfortunately it seems that the writers of a lot of mail clients 
think this sort of thing shouldn't be visible to the user.
Just click on the appropriate link and you'll be unsubscribed (or 
taken to a web page where you can do it).
