There are two Xend processes:

# ps aux | grep xend
root      7084  0.0  0.0  96316  9324 ?        S<   Jun14   0:00 python /usr/lib/xen-3.2-1/bin/xend start
root      7086  0.0  0.0 222696 14016 ?        S<l  Jun14   0:52 python /usr/lib/xen-3.2-1/bin/xend start

To make it simple I've uploaded config http://codeviewer.org/view/code:fe9 here.

Thanks
