Did you read upstream kernel.org changelogs between 2.6.32.10 and 2.6.32.13 ?

If nothing suspicious in those, then read the xen/stable-2.6.32.x changelog 
from:
http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git;a=shortlog;h=xen/stable-2.6.32.x
