In /var/log/daemon.log I see these line repeated.
Forced to steal lock on /var/run/xen-hotplug/block from 14462:
/etc/xen/scripts/xen-hotplu g-cleanup!
and also
/etc/xen/scripts/xen-hotplug-cleanup: Forced to steal lock on
/var/run/xen-hotplug/block from unknown!
