I used 2.6.31-r11 over some days under load (must go back for now because of
other issues) and i'm currently migrating to 32-r1 (Gentoo amd64 on Intel Xeon
5440) - both with XEN 3.4.2.

With <2.6.31-r11 i had problems under higher load - the machine freezed after
a while when guests had higher network load.

We have several 2.6.31-gentoo-r6 (non xen) amd64 kernels on AMD and Intel
Xeons without issues too - except initial problems with UDEV compatibility.

If so, what about trying 2.6.31-r10/11 xen?
