 No, they can all be in the same Volume Group.   Volume Group which is 400GB in size I can create DomU LVM based 
images.Or I need to create separate DomU Logical Volumes as far as I

xen-create-image creates the required LVMs so I don't need to create 
them separately.
 
  In the config file for xen tools, you list the Volume Group to use.  xen-create-image will then create the necessary logical volumes as needed, inside that volume group, using the name of the VM as part of the name of the LV. 
 
 Works quite nicely.  That's how we create all our PVMs on Debian/Ubuntu using Xen 3.1, 3.2, 3.3.   --  Freddie Cash fjwcash@xxxxxxxxx
