Re: [Xen-users] XCP - No client VM consoles in XCP
Outback Dingo írta:
from trunk today, so its sees that between the fact im running lucid
beta, and openxencenter confirmed also its functional, so... guess its
roll back, but curiosity asks why then could i not connect via a
vncveiwer ?
Because a vncviewer would need to run on the xcp box itself to reach
those DomU's. xapi is used to restrict access to authenticated clients only.

Curious if anyone is seeing no client vm consoles in xenapi
or openxencenter, ive tried both ways and see nothing so from
curiousity i tried to vnc to a running guest to now avail
now this all just seemed to work in 0.1, now there appears to
be issues, im not quite ready to blame anyoine but maybe XCP
itself, id like to move past this issue on 0.1.1
any thoughts
i also noticed this

127.0.0.1:1 <http://127.0.0.1:1> <http://127.0.0.1:1> -x

/local/domain/3/serial/0
specifically listening on loopback ? is this correct?
Yes they should listen on localhost because they are going to be
reachable via xenapi only.
What version of openxencenter have you used? I have no problems
with xcp 0.1.1 and openxencenter rev 132.
