Use amd64. In Linux terms (and Xen, as well), amd64 is just a generic
name for the 64-bit x86 platform. AMD was either the first with it out,
or Linux was first tested on an AMD version of the platform, so the name
amd64 kind of stuck. In general, Linux-based stuff labeled "amd64"
works fine on Intel's 64-bit chips.
