I googoled to find a guide about passthrough..are there official tutorials?
 And with passthrough tecnique, can I attach directly 2 phisical disk to a PV 
guest? (open filer shares on to raid1)

Yes, Xen supports PCI passthrough to paravirtual guests without VT-d.
Actually Xen has supported this for years.

Also it's pretty common scenario to use Xen to passthrough a PCI card to 
Asterisk VM.
