What's the hypervisor version btw?

Can you configure the guest to have on_crash=preserve in /etc/xen/<guest> 
cfgfile 
and then use xenctx to get a stacktrace of the crashed guest.

When the guest is crashed, run in dom0:

/usr/lib/xen/bin/xenctx -s System.map-domUkernelversion <domid>

In 64b dom0 xenctx might be under /usr/lib64/
