Check that your CPU has hardware virtualization support:
Intel:
# cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep vmx
AMD:
# cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep svm
If it returns anything, there is a different problem.
If it doesn't return anything, check the BIOS to see if there is an option to enable Virtualization Support and enable it.
You can also check your processor information online (at either Intel or AMDs
website) to see if they indeed have virtualization support.
What CPU do you have in the CentOS host?
