Ok, that command helped a lot. Even though virt-manager didn't show it,
it was still loading tablet. So I retraced my steps and now it's
working!!!! I must have been loading an incorrect config file or doing
something else stupid. Tail is currently tucked...

Interesting that virt-manager does not reflect the attached usb device
and doesn't let you add/delete it.
