We can not help you if you do not provide us the contents of your .cfg file I'm afraid. Based on your error message it could be many things...

The config file is normal, and the domain is created by our script,
this server is online for 6 months,

Right any new domain can not start, also if we do a reboot for domU
that is running now, it will never start any more.

I'm afraid I have to reboot the node.
