Hello,

I'm trying to setup Kemari ontop of Xen ( http://www.osrg.net/kemari/ )
I'm not clear on some of the documentation and wondered if anyone on this list has got it to work.
I have 2 debain machines as my Dom0s,  and have a HVM DomU VM which is running debain etch.
I'm able to live migrate between the 2 machines without a problem.

In the documentation it states that PV drivers are required in the guest domain.
What's not clear to me is,  can I use any 3.3-testing PV drivers or are the ones in the patched kemari xen
tree required  ?     I've setup the ones in the tree, but I don't believe they are working properly.

dmesg in the guest vm shows -->

register_blkdev: cannot get major 3 for ide
vbd vbd-768: 19 xlvbd_add at /local/domain/0/backend/vbd/13/768
register_blkdev: cannot get major 22 for ide
vbd vbd-5632: 19 xlvbd_add at /local/domain/0/backend/vbd/13/5632
.....
xen_mem: Initialising balloon driver.
netfront: Initialising virtual ethernet driver.

Any idea how to fix the issue on "get major # for ide" ?
Does anyone know how to determine if the nic drivers are indeed in use on a HVM domu ?

Thanks,
           Ian McCloy
