Easiest way:
- have dom0 create bridges for both NICs. I like to use OS's
networking scripts, but you can also use a wrapper for Xen's
network-bridge script (see
http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenNetworking#head-7b845eda5e0154fecb98165adbd774f6168119d1)
- create domU config with 2 NICs, each on a bridge.
