I already try e1000e but there is the same error when init ethernet device Disabling IRQ 17 and system freeze damn :(
In all two kernel 2.6.29 and 2.6.31 there is the same bug!
The only way to complete boot the system is to disable ethernet init or compile the kernel without any intel ethernet driver ;(
