That's for Debian Etch DomU at SNV Dom0 :-
  http://librenix.com/?inode=12801
  Regarding Lenny . . .
  1. Install HVM DomU. 2. apt-get install linux-image-xen-amd64 ( http://packages.debian.org/lenny/linux-image-xen-amd64)
Image should be ready for loading PV DomU via pygrub, after adding corresponding entry into /boot/grub/menu.lst.
In general,  utilizing HVM Debian Etch & Ubuntu Server (<=8.04)  images after apt-get install linux-image-xen-amd64 for loading PV DomUs is pretty much well known approach. Lenny was never my concern, however, i hardly believe ,that it would be something special.
  Boris.
