This question has been asked before and yes, you can run Xen within Xen.
>From Xen Commonly Asked Questions Guide
(http://www.xen.org/files/Support/XenUsersCommonlyAskedQuestions.pdf):
Nested Xen
Q (D1.0): Can I run Xen within Xen?
A (D1.0): Yes, You can install Xen on the base system, create a HVM
domain, and install Xen in that
guest domain. Note that the inner Xen system will not (yet) support HVM
again.

Hey everybody, I was just curious, if it's possible to install xen on
a xen guest server?
Has anybody achieved this? Is it even possible?
Thanks
