Hello.

Are you running the xen 3.2 hypervisor from lenny? 

Xen 3.3 changelog:
http://www.xen.org/download/index_3.3.1.html

"Full x86 real-mode emulation for HVM guests on Intel VT: supports a much
wider range of legacy guest OSes"

So maybe you need more recent Xen hypervisor for Windows NT.
