You can set the Install Media URL to

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5.3/os/x86_64

(or whatever your CPU architecture is), the VM installer will download the 
install media from the web.

Anyone running debian 5?
If so how to change the start of virt-install to the interface like
centos use?
I not like command based virt-install
So hope to change it

No.
But you can use the CD to create install server, which can then be used
to install PV guest.
