[Xen-users] Windows hosts "blue-screening" due to hardware drivers.
Hello,
I am VERY new to using Xen, and I am having some issues with hosting Windows guests.
Lets break it down.
I am running Xen, on a Dell Optiplex 745 desktop with a single integrated NIC that is hosting two Windows 2003 Server standard edition SP 2 each configured with 2 NICs. The original image was configured and setup, and then cloned through the UI.
The issue I am experiencing now is the two nodes originally did power on simultaneously with no issues. After 3-4 days of being "stable" they began to "Blue-Screen" and the reason is hardware related and likely the NICs. I have installed a second physical NIC to the host server, and copied its drivers ti the C:\ of both guests. I have assigned one the the guest the 2nd new NIC (xenbr1).
I hope the information I have provided is adequate to get some direction on how to get around this issue, thanks
