Using an IPMI card, I have raw KVM access to the
server. I can change BIOS settings and even
intall an operating system using drive redirection
to make my local CD drive available to the server.

I am trying to figure out if xen has something
similar. I would like to set up a guest without
actually doing the operating system install.
Later, someone else can connect to the guest instance
and perform the operating system install.

Is that possible?
