You currently can't pass USB devices through to a paravirt guest.

If you have a USB disk you could pass it through as a virtual disk but that 
would be easier to do if you don't want to hotplug it.  If you do then you 
will also need to execute xm commands to add and remove the disk to/from the 
guest when you hotplug it.
