[Xen-users] Question about adding CPU/RAM to Windows DomU

I have a DomU(HVM) installed with Windows
2003 server. I try to add ram and cpu dynamically (tried both virsh and xm),
the command has no error. But in Windows, I cannot see the changes. Finally I
rebooted the Windows, and then ram/cpu are adjusted. I want to know it is
limitation of Windows? Or Xen HVM?

If using para-virtualization method, I can
add ram/cpu dynamically to the para-virtualized Linux DomU.
